BIO: I was born in New York City in 1942, but I’ve lived in Mexico for the past 45 years, with the last eight years in San Miguel de Allende. In 2019, I published my first book, “The Thriving Vegan,” which aimed to 1) promote the health benefits of whole plant-based foods and healthy lifestyle choices, which I’ve been following for the past 16 years, and 2) expose the misinformation spread by food and pharmaceutical industries more focused on profit than public health. I’m 83, celebrating a vibrant life and wellness from plant-based nutrition and healthy lifestyle decisions. I have much to share with people who want to live to a ripe old age, free of chronic diseases and full of vim and vigor.
My latest book, “Information Wars—The Battle for Truth and Freedom” (2024), delves into why and how governments, corporations, and the media manipulate information on critical geopolitical issues like pandemics, climate change, and “never-ending” wars.
It is crucial to challenge mainstream narratives and be open to debates, especially with those who hold opposing views. In today’s chaotic and uncertain world, we need a paradigm shift to solve the problems of this and future generations, or we risk jeopardizing the future of humanity, other species, and the planet we inhabit.
